Poor Project Initiation

Lack of Clear Project Objectives

Ignoring Budget

Underestimating the budget needs is another huge mistake. Consider resources and time needed for completing the project. Working with less human resources is certainly not recommended and doing so will end up in an unsuccessful project. Make sure that the time allocated is also reasonable for completing the project.

Micromanaging the Team

This is a big No-No! Micromanaging your team will lead to conflicts. As a project manager, make sure that each and every team members is valued for the skill they posses and for work and effort that they put in. Their hard work and expertise should be appreciated and all team members should be empowered.
