Contact management in Copper is easy, with contacts being linked to clients and projects. This allows you to quickly find related contacts, and review any related activity like you would any other CRM software.

When a user creates a task comment, they can nominate a related client contact which in turn provides your team with a running commentary of work undertaken, sign-offs etc.

Need your sales and project staff on the same page? Copper not only tracks your tasks and projects, but also aids with sign off tracking, sales calls, general meetings, and general phone calls.
