Budgets, Quotes & Invoices

Tracking and Managing your budgets within Copper is done via the Budgets tab inside each project. Here you can see all of the project's tasks, along with the hours that have been logged, the relevant cost and charge rates associated with each resource, and a listing of other items that you need to Quote or Invoice for.

At the beginning of your project, you build your timeline and add your estimated hours before outputting a quote for the project. Once the work is approved, you simply begin working on your tasks, managing the allocated and actual budgets through the project view and logging the actual effort.When you need to invoice, click on the budgets tab, enter your desired amounts for each line item, and click New Invoice. From there you can view, print, or send a PDF.

Invoicing and Quoting is easy, and with upcoming integrations to MYOB, Xero, and freshbooks, your profits are on the up and up with Copper.
