Whether you have a simple requirement to manage your time and tasks, or need to adhere to a complex project management methodology, Copper helps everyone in your organisation collaborate.

Lets take a look at a few examples:

For Client managers, there is the client's section, which shows project portfolio information, including time and budget summaries, and allows easy drill-down to detailed project information or portfolio-wide gantt views. These gantt timeline views are unique to Copper and make managing timelines across your entire portfolio a snap.
For Project managers, the projects listing shows summary information about project metrics, whilst inside a project you have finite control over tasks and subtasks with our easy drag and drop feature. The drag and drop gantt timeline allows quick and easy management of your task timelines, and project-related contacts and files can also be shared by your project team. You can create project templates that can be copied out each time you have a similar project to complete, while the MS Project import and export feature allows your PM leader to tweak to their heart’s content.
For your Billing team, each project has a budgets tab, which provides a quick and easy way to review your team’s logged time and other details, and invoice accordingly.
For your Clients, you can even setup your client with a Copper user, limiting them to only the tasks or projects you want them to see. Then, they can simply log in and review your work, or even provide digital sign-off via the task commentary.
