Viewing the Calendar
The Copper Calendar provides a Monthly and Weekly view of Projects and Task milestones. You can also create calendar events such as meetings and public holidays that are not Project related but may impact on a Project.
From here, a User will see the Projects and Tasks that they have access to, and can drag and drop Task and Project start/end dates.
They can also set their own availability via a wizard or by setting available hours in the Calendar and hitting save. Administrators can also choose to view another Users calendar to review and manage resource allocations.
Inside the Resource Timeline, you can review the organization-wide workload or actual committed time to Tasks for all of your resources.
