When I save the file with a new version and checked it back in, I lose the description detail that i had previously entered.

So, for the ongoing revision of a file where I want to retain the description notes, is it best to save each revision under the same name and upload the revised file back to the site?

I've noticed this behavior as well, and it would be nice if future versions of Copper allowed you to keep per-revision file descriptions.
