I have a Task with three identified Resources. I click on 'Email Team' and the email window's subject line is correct, but the Resources don't show up in the 'To' field. What am I missing?

Also, where can I change the company name that appears in the subject line to an acronym so that it doesn't take up so much of the subject line? I can't find that setting in Admin.

Hi Neil,

Can you confirm the resources have email addresses set in their profiles?

Company name is set in config.php, we can't change this for hosted accounts.

In the Project page of the task I'm referring to, when I click on 'Email Team', the Project Owner's email shows up in the 'To:' field.

In a Task page of that Project, that same Project Owner is a listed Resource, but her email does not show up when I click on 'Email Team'.

This leads me to another question - is there a way to not get system-generated automatic emails, yet still have one's email included when clicking on 'Email Team' if they're listed as a Resource? There's a big difference between the two.

No, they're both bundled under Receiving Emails, we could customize for you of course.

I don't think the project owner is emailed with the task team email, the theory being that the sender will invariably be the project owner.

To clarify, how do I get certain people to show up in the To: field when clicking on 'Email Team' in both the Project and Task pages?

In task team, it will automatically include anyone who has been allocated to the task, in Project team, it will include anyone with access to the project _and_ allocated to its tasks.
