Copper not loading this morning, in Support

Hi,

Just having an issue with Copper, we are trying to access the site but it will not load. The browser simply displays this error code:

CU_ERR_DB_1000

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

This is a DB connection issue, caused when your config.php has incorrect db/user/password details entered.
