Resource availability across projects, in Using Copper

Hey,

I watched the tour and it shows resources availability across projects when you add them as a resource to a task. When I do this on a task, all my resources time blocks are just grey (even if I create a brand new user that for sure hasn't been allocated). I can't actually book them any time. What am I doing wrong?

Check out the user guide at http://www.copperproject.com/guide.php

You need to set a user's availability first, this is done in the admin screen.

Thanks Ben,

That worked. The weird thing is that they were already set to 04/02/2008 - 04/02/2009 - Always. But after I set them again manually, it worked.
