| I work in the design office at a university. We often have projects that involve several different clients such as the graduate school, admissions and the science department. Is there a way to get all contacts to show up? Currently I must pick the most influential client and assign the project to them, then make a note to contact the others as well. |

Well firstly contacts are related to clients, so when you create a contact you first choose a client, or leave client blank.
All users will see contacts that have no client assigned, or if there is a client assigned only the users/groups who have access to that client will see the contacts.
In some cases our customers will never assign a contact (high-trust environment) in others they might create a client for their organization, add all contacts to that central client, and grant some users access to that client (e.g. you might have a University client, and grant department heads access to that, and run your grouped projects through that client) |
