Has anyone got a 'best practice' on how to track non-billable time within Copper? We were thinking a dummy 'Project' that everyone is assigned to where they place non allocated time, and another 'Project' for internal jobs, and so on? Possible?

This is a biggie. While I wish all of our projects were planned out ahead of time, we get little things from clients all the time, as well as general account management work and internal items. It's important to know what everyone does every day, and so everything needs to have a place to be entered.

We've started creating a "general" task for each client but not assigning any resources to it. That way it doesn't show up in the spring board, but our staff can go to it through the client/project and log time. It's been working well for those random calls from clients.
