My organization has been using Copper 3.5.2 and having issues with the Task and Project View screens loading very slowly -- in some cases timing out.
I did some digging and discovered that these performance issues were caused by a problematic query. This query (SQL_TASKS_GET_USERS_EMAIL) is found in /var/www/html/copper/system/modules/projects/sql_mysql.php.
As it turns out, the projects sql_mysql file had not been updated to the latest build (3.5.3.5). Thanks to Mark and Ben at Element Software for bringing this to my attention. You guys are awesome!
