| Hi - when we place a task in a project we are adding the target budget. Occasionally this budget will alter as the project progresses. We are finding that once a resource has added hours to a task (so 'actual' budget has been increased), if we then alter the 'Target' we get a result that the 'actual' disappears however the comment with the hours remains. Which mean we then need to add a new comment, with additional hours, to get back to where we were. Any Hints? - also, if we remove a comment which includes time from within a task the time is removed from 'actual' however when we return to the time line and hover above that task it still shows the hours logged there? |
