We like to call this the Business Defrag. For those that do commit real hours to their resources, the reward is that you can review your entire resources across a single timeline. A users resource "Availability" is set by clicking "edit" on their account in the Admin menu.
You can see how your team is loaded, and subsequently click through to trouble areas and reallocate! An easy way to visually monitor your portfolio resourcing. |
