We are currently testing out the software. We like nearly everything about it except the reporting. Here is what we want to do:
Run a report weekly that lists all projects along with the deadline, status and percentage of completion. The dynamic progress bar doesn't print, so we can just do a print screen each week on the project page. We don't need the budget or hours data.
We would also need to run a variable of this report that is just of a single project with all the related tasks.
Can this be done, and we just haven't found it yet?

| You should be able to create this in the Reports section, however if you need a custom report we provide this service to customers as required. |

Been to the report section. I select "project analysis" then select all projects, then pick "details" (so we can see all the tasks) then select GO. The report I end up with is a list of projects including tasks. It also has data that we don't need: estimated, commited, completed hours. It also doesn't list the progress percentage of the tasks or project.
 What have I missed?
Oh - and what does it cost for customized reporting? |

Customizations are made at $150/hr, and a custom report should be 30m-1hr max.
You've done all the right things to produce that report, it just doesn't include the fields you need. We will be adding extra features to the reports module over the next 6-12 months as budget allows. |
