I added 'Mik', 'Sadie' and 'Paul' as Resources to a project. However, they still can't see the Project listed on the Projects page? It seems I have to go into each of their profiles and add 'Read' access for them to see the Project? Shouldn't 'Read' be a default if they're added as a Resource?
