Perhaps it is just me, but I tested in two browsers and it seems the user guide videos are not playing.

| Like you I have not been able to get the videos to run on the user guide. this is most frustrating in trying to set up this program for the workgroup to use. |

I was able to download the video to my desktop and play it, however, there is no audio when this is done.
On another not to the other user having problems, best I can tell (sans audio), the video in the Users Guide is the same video in the Quick Tour, which does play and does have audio.

I tried 4 computers, one was a Mac, all having Quicktime, and 3 browsers (IE, safari, and Firefox) but they did not play or played with no sound.
They might work for some, but not for everyone apparently.
Tour videos play fine just the audio is soft. I would be satisfied with a text transcript. No need to complicate the documentation. |

Thanks for the feedback guys, we're currently buried with development but Travis is looking to add a new tour page by the end of the week.
Videos won't be redone until version 4.0, sorry, best advice is to crank up the volume  |
