To enter hours for other users so that it shows up under their name, you have to be in Springboard mode at all times with the specific User selected in 'User to show'. Once you click on the task and you're out of Springboard mode, any time entries will show in as who is logged in, not the one selected in 'User to show'.
If the other Users don't show up in the 'Users to show', you need to designate yourself as an Administrator.
