Hi all.
I am sure everyone has had this problem and im definate there is a solution out there.
We are a small internet marketing agency and have many different roles within our organization (sales, tech etc). All of these roles have different ways of doing their work and all is not linear. For example; someone working within sales might need to do the same thing many times a day and many of these tasks may not be related to a client at all.
My idea was to make projects named "Everyday sales stuff" etc with neverending deadlines where they can enter tasks sporadically but i think this affects the whole engine too much. Work/project analysis will become inaccurate etc.
Anyone got any tips on how to make copper flexible for specific ways of working ? |
