| I believe this is a common GANTT chart feature, which shows the original task bar with original end date in one color, and a task bar in a different color from the original end date to when the end date is changed. This way one can instantly visually see how much a project was delayed. Otherwise, when it comes to project evaluation, everything looks like it was done on time as far as I can tell. |

Hi Neil. The feature you are referring to is called a baseline. We always found it confusing and a little frustrating to use with MS Project (I'm not sure of any other tool that offers it), and for that reason it isn't currently offered within Copper.
For us, we use the task comments/issues and the hours committed/logged to pinpoint where things have taken longer than anticipated, but generally speaking because we do keep a log of task activity now it becomes relatively obvious where things are becoming bottlenecked. |
