|
|
|
I'm getting an Adobe Flash Player 9 error when i click on the Timeline tab of a project. I've received the same response on two different machines (OSX & Vista) in both Firefox and IE. The error is:
"A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 9 to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?"
Is this possibly a setting on my server?
Could it be permission issues?
Thanks in advance...

Hi Ian,
Can you confirm that your tasks/project have start and finish dates?
If not, the flash has no way to render them. In a future update we'll look at building in some workaround to that so that you can have open start/end dates.

Yes,
It gives the option to Abort or not to abort. If you choose not to abort, it will eventually come up. The same goes for if you want to indent a task.
Thanks!

| Strange, it should be super fast if you have logical start and end dates set in your tasks. Maybe get in touch with URL/login to your Copper and we'll take a look for you. |
