I was creating a project with several milestones, each with several tasks. When going to minimize [-] the tasks, the screen locks up and I recieve a message:
" A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 9 to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?"
Choosing No repeats the process, choosing Yes doesn't allow to minimize, scroll, or interact with the page.
I am using Mac OSX v 10.4.1
This error occurs both in current versions of Safari and Firefox. |

Usually this occurs when Flash can't calculate something, like the end of a task. Did all tasks have start/finish dates?
Get in touch with a URL/login and we can troubleshoot for you. |

| I was in fact making a 'template' project and did not include dates; can you not create template projects to be copied over without dates? |

You can, but the Flash Timeline won't know how to render tasks that don't have dates, so best practice is to give all your tasks s/f dates, even if they're just notional.
Hope this helps. |
