In project --> TIMELINE, when some tasks have a start date and an end date defined while other tasks have not defined these two, then the timeline graphic loads very slow and there are wide and long stripes from the beginning(undefined start date and end date) to the defined dates(ex. 12/31/2007). These stripes show the relationship between tasks, but why are they so wide( and red color or dark gray ) to make the graphic shows ugly. This case actually exists because sometime you don't know the next task's time line. How can we make it better look and load faster?
Thanks in advance. |

| That's expected behaviour Daisy, the timeline needs to know where a task starts and finishes otherwise where do you plot the line? Best to just set these unknowns to the start/end date of the project. |

| How about making it thinner and show the defined dates area first and when you move back, you can see undefined tasks' bar? Is that possible? |

Possible yes, but we won't be making any changes for the time being. Best to just set dates |
