i'm just testing copper.
questions:
is there a way to edit contacts (enterprise edition?)
if so, where/how?
i couldn't find a way to delete my complete contacts.
eg i'd wish to replace my contacts with an updated database.
i couldn't find a way to delete a contact from the contacts list, that has no name - just email.
any help would be highly appreciated.

i found out, that its possible to delete contact entries which have no contact name over the html address
like
http://corporate.copperhub.com/index.php?module=contacts&action=delete&id=63&clientid=0
you will have to select the contact you wish to delete by its number.
delete&id=63[change this number manually]&clientid=0
the following message appears:
You are attempting to delete the Contact from the database.
Are you sure?
click yes - and here we go.
nevertheless its quite a quirky way to deal with deleting those entries. |
