Arrow We are testing the software and when each user opens up springboard it doesn't display anything under "mine" or "owed", only "all". And the defaults seem to be "all" periods and "mine" for show tasks.

Two quick questions...
Question What is the difference between "Mine", Owed & "All" classifications in the Springboard view?
Question Can we set up a defaut for each user, so that when they activate springboard the defaults are "all" for period timelines and "all" for show tasks"

Check out the tour at http://www.copperproject.com/tour.php particularly the Springboard movie.

Mine = Tasks I'm allocated to
Owed = Tasks allocated to others but where I'm the task owner
All = Both of these.

No defaults are available.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for this... it was exactly why the "Mine" fllter was not working.

The "Complete" & "Outstanding" filters are still not working though... Crying or Very sad
