For some reason, no one in our office can record Task Comments today. You type a comment, click "Save Update," the screen seems to refresh, and the comment you typed has disappeared.
Is there a glitch on your end we need to patiently wait out, or is there a glitch on our end we can do something about?
All permissions were checked and are set correctly. |

Hi Snukes, thanks for your patience, we had updated all of the Corporate/Enterprise accounts and were in the process of updating the databases.
It should be ok now. Let us know if you spot any other issues. |

Hi Craig,
This latest update has affected a few of the accounts (we thought we had updated them all!) so if task comments aren't working we need to run a db update. I've done this with your account and it should be ok now.
We'll be looking through recently added accounts, but if anyone else is experiencing the issue let us know and we'll add the fix. |
