| We can no longer access our Copper account. It attempts to log us in - the browser tries to download data - but then it times out and displays a blank white page. Seems to have crashed shortly after noon today (MDT). Anyone else having the same issue? This is the first time we've had this problem, I think. It's probably connected to the upgrade, but there hasn't been any discussion in the forum or e-mail communication from Ben, so I wanted to see if everyone else was having the same problem. |

| If it's system-wide, it almost certainly has to do with the upgrade. I'm sure Ben's on it. Thanks for the confirmation! |

Thanks Guys. Yes we had a server upgrade that didn't go exactly to plan and we had an outage for a couple of hours. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
I have to say we're pretty disappointed that this happened, and we're certainly now looking at doubling our efforts in redundancies, and now that 2008 has shipped we're also looking at moving accounts to our new server cluster.
Everything should be operational now, with a slight performance increase. Let me know if you have any questions. |
