I don´t understand these functions, because nobody gets a notification or other information when a flag is set.
Issue-trackers normaly work like this:
1. the pm assigns a task to someone
2. the assinged person gets an information about that task
3. the assinged person has a question to that task and posts a reply
4. pm gets an information about that question and answers it
How does this work with copper? |

Issues show as an issue in the springboard until resolved, so this is used as a way to flag the whole team that something needs to be resolved.
Non billable or out of scope items appear as separate lineitems in the invoice so you can treat them separately (or not bill them at all.) |
