| we're experiencing a problem where each user is having to create their own client list even though the client is already in the system. how can i use the admin area to allow access to the same client list for all users? |

Refer to http://www.copperproject.com/guide.php for the user manual.
You could look at using groups. However as a start you just need to grant read access to the clients for your users so they're not creating duplicate clients. |
