Often times I create a project with several tasks. I realize several days later that I really should have put some of the created tasks under a different project. I would love to have a drop down menu in the task mode which would allow me to keep my task in the current project, or select a new project underwhich the task could now fall.

An Admin Page that lets me move tasks, client projects around |

Tasks, projects or other line items are sometimes sub-items of some other task, project or line item. Often you don’t understand this relationship when you initially create the task (For instance, you have a project called Invitational Tourney and later decide it is a sub-project of the bigger topic of Tourney Rewrite which addresses it and 6 other things).
Can I create a hierarchy of tasks and a hierarchy of projects and drag the hierarchy through dates and states as well as the individual items? |

Not yet, of course that introduces a whole new level of complexity that we aren't prepared to add to our Standard/Corporate versions (as simple as they are some users still need hand-holding).
Contact me off-forum if you're interested in this though, as we are currently speccing our Enterprise version. |

| Ben, you mentioned that this function was possibly in version 2.5 corporate? We have just implemented version 2.6 and I can't seem to figure out how one would do this. Can you tell me how to move tasks between projects? |

Go to the task view screen, click Copy at top right, select desired project.
Then you can delete the preexisting task. |
